Womens David Smith Vintage‎ 1960s Colorful Belted Skirt Lined

Excellent pre-loved condition! No rips or stains. This skirt is such a fun vintage piece! It has a pocket, has a tie belt, and has an elastic waist. The size says 16, but I believe this would fit a size small based on the measurements. The waist is stretchy, but it would definitely fit a small best.
