These are New WO tags. They are MPO Black Patent Slide on Wedge Sandals Size 8.5. The heel height is approx 3 inches. They have beautiful Black & Gray Flat Gems set in Shiny Silver on top of foot. They have 2 elastic bands holding the decorative pieces. They were too small for me but they were a gift. ITEM #43
