Women's NWT Talbots velvet textured‎ top with button closure size 8 petite

NWT top from Talbots, size 8 petite, please see photos for approximate measurements. This is a velvet like finish on the fabric and the lining is satin like material. The top is to be worn with buttons in the back, but I believe it would look great either way, so a 2 in 1.
