Vintage P.V. Rich Skirt Suit Set. Size XS (O-2) Preowned an excellent condition. See union tag indicating that this piece is true vintage. ILGWU Union Label Department was established in 1959. This item is from the 80s and has shoulder pads sewn into the top. The label reads that this is a size 7/8 however, clothing fit differently back then. The skirt would now be equivalent to a *size 2.
