Over the Top vintage 1980s party girl cocktail dress with huge gathered poufy sleeves. Drop waisted brocade bodice is gold and black. 3 layers of super gathered skirts: sheer, then taffeta then soft tulleing. back nylon zipper. and fully lined in taffeta. Union made in USA. Dry clean, Very good vintage condition, slight signs of wear. Sleeves can be fluffed up even bigger. Slight discolor inside, slight fray. See photos Size: Labeled vintage size 10.
