Y2K Vintage Accent Belt P/S

Says size Petite/small. I bought this belt and then never wore it. Black and stretchy thick elastic band, with a gunmetal grey locking front and metal small chain details that match. Has silver and black studded details on the front, and the little chains hang from it. It's absolutely adorable, I just am more of a belt buckle person...and not an accent waist belt one. But it really is a cool looking belt with a good amount if heft to it. it's either from Guess or possibly Express. During the early 2000s those were a couple of my go-to places for a dash of funk. ESPECIALLY Guess. I loved them.
