Does this run oversized or true to size?

@brandyharrison I would say it mostly runs true to size with maybe a touch of oversize. The measurements are definitely that of a small.. but it fit me and I am a medium

@brandyharrison I think the best thing to do is measure a sweater of yours and see what it measures out and then compare it with the 18 inches across the chest of the vest. I am a medium and I would keep it but I already have some similar.
