edeba743 @bebebugy I’m including the double under wunder speed rope in this listing at no extra charge if you purchase one of my clothing or shoe listings. Not at home now, so I’ll post measurements this weekend. According to manufacturer: “Ropes are adjustable at your desired rope length. Please note that the rope can only be adjusted between the heights of 4' 4" and 6'4".Once you have adjusted the rope for your height be sure you have tightly fastened the screws.” Hope this helps!
