vtg 70s EMMA DOMB Mod Maxi GODDESS Dress Chiffon Cape Hippie Boho 20 1/2 EUC

This vintage 1970's maxi dress by Emma Domb Plus California has a green empire waist maxi dress and an attached angel cape in a nylon chiffon. The waist and neck are decorated with white seed beads and pearls. Zips up the back with a long zipper. ILGWU union label. Made in the USA probably of 100% polyester. Dry clean only. It's a vintage size 20 1/2 according to the label. See measurements for more information. Measurements are usually taken while garment is laid flat on surface.............then measurements for chest, waist and hips are doubled. That is the GARMENT measurement...not your measurement.
