One of my friends, a master jeweler, collects only pocket watches now because, he says, they'll never be made again. Some of the nicest engraving I've ever seen is on them.

jonnyboywilcox @treasures2luv my personal opinion on the necklace is if you use the lighter colored beads or the darker ones. I personally think if you reworked the beading using the light beads with some sort of spacer it would look great! The dark beads I feel would take away from the color pop of the turquoise. I screenshot the photos and looked all over but could not find anything. They may be a private or apprenticed jewelry maker that never went far. I recommend testing the metals just to make sure if they are made of any precious metals.

My daughter lives in North Buffalo and they are locked down but her hubby is a cop so he can drive anywhere with his badge. My parents live in Hamburg and have 77” in their driveway. They are all from the 60’s and 70’s. I wanted and needed an armoire and it was a daughter and didn’t want the costume from that period. No markings that I can see but weighty. Not junk. sharonblood Thanks. I posted a drawer of earrings yesterday. I have even more enamels. I have to wrap the group I posted first. Slow going checking them all out. So be honest with me. They are heavier weight but no markings except for quite a few that says Napier on them. They seem to have come from the same store if I had to guess. Please be honest. I want to get rid of this stuff. I would guess the enamels would go for a bit more. They are like new. Thanks John

I soaked the set yesterday and cleaned them gently but thoroughly. Oh my they are gorgeous and a perfect fit. I have them on now. I think you might be right on the white sapphire. It’s definitely different. They just sparkle. I haven’t cleaned the earrings yet. I have them out to do today so they will be on my ears soon. Excited but broke for a few weeks.💕

sharonblood I just took a look at camphor glass rings and a few necklaces!! Holy fudge!! Also one of them is a fake and she is asking over $300 for it! I have one identical. You can so see it isn’t vintage. No patina at all. Plus they don’t usually have so many “feet” holding the stone. Not cool. Still bummed 🙁
