artsie_1 @gitanad Not sure about that. The guest status is new. Did you have all your info such as address and obviously card info in the system? If so, I would think it would go through like everything else. You can email the co. They are really good about getting back to you in a timely manner.

buyerofall Hello I am so very sorry to have to cancel the order but while I was getting to send my grandson sat on the package and broke the arm and the lenses. That is before I made to the post office to wrap it up. I am truly sorry. If you see another pair you like please let me know if they are around the same price I will sell them to you for $20. artsie_1 @gitanad If I’m not mistaken, the $ goes back (or credited back) to your source of payment. Please tell me the purchases weren’t from me! We would definitely have issues (me & the co.), because I had not received any orders from you. Your best bet is to e-mail cust serv. They are great about getting back to you. Typically, completely answered within 48hr.

artsie_1 Also, it’s very sad that a few bad experiences can ruin a good thing for so many! My best advice (also), if you find someone’s closet you like, always look at their stats. You have a visual of time they have been on PM, followers, following, shares, # items sold, reviews, & average time to ship. I always try to ship same or next day. We live in a rural area so weekend hours are almost exempt!

chicboutique77 Thank you for your purchase. I went to the store and purchased a Sparkly box to place the necklace and earrings in. I wrapped them in tissue paper just open the tissue paper slowly so they dont fall. I placed the box underneath the dress so it would not be the first thing.
