jinnirenee @ellasecc I just wanted to contact you before I left a review on the backpack. It was SUPER late on the shipping to the point where I was about to cancel the order because we start school tomorrow. When we got the backpack we are expecting very much like new and it is very dirty and has some pin marking on the logo. My daughter is pretty disappointed with the backpack and we don’t have time to get another and spent money on this one we could of just used on a brand new one.
