This seller is UNRESPONSIVE. I have reached out multiple times asking for support with an issue. I didn't know that the seller had two of the exact same pairs of shoes. When I found her Birkenstocks I thought my offer didn't go through so I put in an offer. I ended up with two pairs, fortunately I noticed right away because my bank charged me twice. However seller did not respond to me and sent the two pairs anyways, and has ignored me since.
