i buy secondhand a lot, and this is by far one of the most responsive, polite, and ethical sellers i’ve ever worked with. seller noticed a small flaw in one of the hoodies i bought before shipping (to be honest it would have taken me a while to notice it myself, and once i did i’d have assumed it was my own doing), and truly went above and beyond to rectify the situation. clothing came clean and just as described. would highly recommend
