mrsmule Hi, I bought the coach bag and had some issues so you said to return it. Being new to Poshmark I just paid the shipping and used my own tracking number which I can give you. Poshmark is saying that I didn’t return the bag since I didn’t use their tracking number so I’m out the money and the bag, can you help and either issue a refund or send me the bag back. virginiagator @mrsmule I don’t understand why you didn’t use the return label Poshmark sends you. That is why you opened a case. I cannot return funds as Poshmark has full control over sales and $$. Did you try to message the about your problem? Usually they respond promptly. I am not at home, I have my closet on vacation mode. I did not accept your return, which is strange, because it says delivered! Please let me know what you find out. We will resolve the problem!
