@christineznyc sorry to answer so late. I'm not sure. I was looking for a mark on a piece of pottery, with my really powerful camera lens, and this popped out. I was trying to decide if it is what is left of a very faint mark, and if so, what language? or is it just part of a pattern? it's an oriental/middle eastern pot, but I don't know if I am just seeing nothing. I'll try to send more pics today, if I can find the pot. lol. Always an issue at my house. lol. Your friend in Texas, Carol
