I am giving 5 stars as the produut is or looks brand new. However the package was open half way at a seam on the box. Seller & I were lucky the boots were in a plastic bag inside the boots.I recently ordered 3 pairs of this brand, having never worn it before. I sized up bc of so many comments from so many saying they run narrow and/or small. I am a true 10 and due to flat feet, try to find wide when needed. Some brands in 10 medium fit just fine. These boots are a bit on the long side and big around the ankle. I will need to add an insole and wear a heavier sock. I am keeping bc it's hard to find a cute red short boot. I will be curious when the other 2 pair fit, same brand, different style but also ankle boots. Hope this helps others looking at this brand for the 1st time. Thank you to the seller!!
