I am giving you high marks. But when changing the battery on this beautiful watch.......the case wouldn't close and the hands all fell to the bottom. Have no idea what could have caused this.....as the watch looked beautiful and I was so anxious to wear it. I don't know the cause.....so therefore......i am giving you high marks. But I am really disappointed. If you ever get another one like this and at good price.......please let me know.
