Super cute owl dress, just adore it. Fit nicely and in GUC as described. Mystery solved! Actual brand is Tea N Rose, a Line out of LA, label was folded and could be seen by separating tag pieces. Seller was kind enough to accept my offer. Had so many things I wanted to order from her but have to wait till after this weeks vacation. Very satisfied with this purchase.
