It’s happened to me too but over time you just have to simply forget it and move on. But..if you wanted to be naughty, go in her closet, purchase something, then cx the sale and see how she responds lol..

triciatx @lakeforest We are in share groups together. I think that is why it really bothers me. It is very rude and shows zero regard for my feelings. This was a PFF not a random person. I wouldn't care if she had just purchased and resold it. That is her right. She gave me a guilt trip about buying it for herself as a b-day present and she could only afford "x amount". Just tasteless & rude:( I won't say or do anything. I wish I hadn't seen it.

triciatx @lakeforest In the post she put that the MSRP was higher too. She wrote that she bought it a while back and never wore it. It sounded like she bought this expensive item, never wore it, and is simply giving it up. I accepted what she could afford to pay since it was her b-day and we were pffs, so I thought. I made her package extra special. My feelings are just hurt I guess, since I feel taken advantage of.

closetenvy2 @lakeforest Oh, I understand. It wasn't meant really for you anyway. I'd always give you a better price than everyone else. I also understand stuff not getting worn. I have so much that I'll likely never get to use. Despite being broke, I've taken to buying stuff (mostly from Walmart) to try to lift my spirits. It works for about 30 minutes, then I feel bad again.

closetenvy2 @lakeforest I just started seeing a therapist this week because I've pretty much given up. I hate saying that, but it's just the way it is when your body & mind are telling you to stop fighting. You probably understand that more than most. I actually stopped showing up to treatment for a month because of it, & I'm now paying dearly for it. The toxins are worse than ever. What an idiot, lol! I hope your treatments are working. What's your prognosis?

lakeforest @closetenvy2 Well, my oncologist said that after the last PET scan, I had an “ok” response to the last set of IV chemo (3 diff drugs). This semi-new maintenance drug targets whatever cells are still active. I’ve got 1 nodule in abdominal cavity that is still a concern. Hard to say the prognosis for stage 3c Ovarian..3-5yrs ago it would’ve been poor but now w/these current drugs(taken orally) there’s much better survival & many patients look at it as a chronic disease.

lakeforest @closetenvy2 Cont.2/ I’m looking at it kind of the same. This drug, Lynparza, has side effects-mainly severe fatigue & some nausea but it’s manageable. My blood markers are normal(good thing now) so we’ll see.. Whst does your therapist tell you?

lakeforest @closetenvy2 That drug also makes my white cells go way down (neutropenia) so I can’t be around anybody that’s sick w a cold/flu. I get so depressed sometimes as I m not as social as I used to be. Mainly at home a lot these days..

closetenvy2 @lakeforest Stupid question....Why haven't they done a hysterectomy? Is it because it would spread the cells? I had cervical cancer and had one when I was about 29. It was just carcinoma in-situ though, so they caught it very early. It's only been one session, so she just basically took info from me. She said the goal would be "hope". There's probably going to be a month or so of just taking info before we start working on getting me better mentally.

closetenvy2 @lakeforest I'm so sorry you're stuck in the house. I know that's hard. I wear a paper mask pretty much everywhere I go because the flu is so bad down here. I was advised not to really leave the house, but I have to get out sometimes. My immune system is pretty much null, like yours, so I'm taking a huge risk, but I don't really care anymore. That's part of the problem. I should care.

lakeforest @closetenvy2 Actually had a hysterectomy back in ‘98 for fibroids. Then in Dec. 2015 when I got the OVCA dx. everything else came out-ovaries, omentum, tubes, small bowel resection, and they took my appendix too since it doesn’t serve any function lol.. I also had ascites fluid full of malignant cells. Then first line of 6 rounds of chemo.. Was ok for about a yr then it came back but we caught it quickly. This was my 1st recurrence, so..

lakeforest @closetenvy2 Cont.. so more chemo. Got a “partial response”, after 3 rounds. Forward to the present and am 21 days into this new drug..We’ll see.. Aww.. I hope you can lift your spirits too! It’s a travesty that all the treatments you’ve had aren’t showing any improvements. Who would have known black mold could cause such severe illness :((

Yeah, Poshmark does this weird pricing with shipping that I don’t like either bc I also buy too, lol😉 When you bundle you’ll only pay 1 shipping price and I’m already offering an automatic 20% Off on all my bundles but I can always do additional off. Remember Poshmark takes a hefty 20% commission fee which can be a pain sometimes...I’m pretty flexible though on most of my items especially if the bundle is larger in #.
