palmvintage @lucky7bohogirl the waist is 17-17.5 inches when measured flat. It’s a drawstring closure, not elastic. So you can make it bigger or smaller by scrunching it up or letting it out. Thanks for your interest!

palmvintage @lucky7bohogirl sorry I just woke up so I measured a size medium I have. The large is an 18 inch waist and it does stretch comfortably to by another inch or two. I’ll put a pic up of the measurement.
