Adorable cropped vintage rose print sweater

This lovely short-sleeved sweater featuring a printed rose motif on the front measures 19” across the chest flat (underarm to underarm, so the total circumference is about 38” without being stretched). The bottom band measures 15” flat; total unstretched waist circumference is about 30”. The center front to waist length measurement=15.5”; center back to waist=16”. There are no tags; unsure of fiber content or intended size. This is a vintage item: note the slight fuzziness in the close-ups.
