Anthropologie RYU plaid wool skirt

Reposhing this item I purchased from @aiearth. Beautiful skirt, but it is a little too tight on my waist. The waistband is a leather-like material with absolutely no give, so pay close attention to the measurements in the last photo. The waist measures approximately 28"-29". Questions?
