Boutique tank dress/swim cover up

Light purple tank dress from boutique shop with cute lacing detail in front. Worn a handful of times only. Tag says size medium, but would be better suited for a size small. Just taking up space in my closet. Color is closest to close up picture of lacing detail in front.
