There is a little spot at the top where my frenchie touched it with his nose, i cleaned it with a soft cloth but, if you look closely you can still see it a little bit, it would probably come out with leather cleaner, a few scratches on the metal snap closure, other then that all the hardware silver metal on the bag looks new. It comes in the original box, Chanel authenticity card, dust cover, and original receipt from Saks It’s in excellent condition other then described above.
