Designer Marian Clayden, my beloved friend.

Marian Clayden was born in England & married her husband Roger there. They lived in Australia & Iran before settling in CA. An artist working in many mediums, she loved weaving & working with textiles. Soon she was designing her own fabrics & clothing, which friends demanded she make for them too. She & Roger built an atelier where they sold to Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Saks, & boutiques worldwide. Her work is in museums in UK, Japan, LA, SF & more.
