I also have a 🐶Dachshund. Your bottom picture of Dolly reminds me so much of my fur baby! They could be sisters! We named ours 🌺Hula since she looks like she’s dancing the Hawaiian 🌴hula when she wags her tail!😂
She’s very old 14+ years... It’s sad to see her slowing down -hearing & eyesight’s diminishing- but we try to keep her active/comfortable as best we can so she can enjoy the rest of the life she has left.💗

She was a Boxer & was 12 when she died. My hubby would come home from work & I would be crying my eyes out. After two weeks of that, he said he had to do someting & he found an adorable little Boxer puppy that he wanted me to go look at. I didn’t think I was ready but once I saw her, I knew I had to have her.

Aww she was precious! I lost my last chihuahua a year ago & it is still hard but he was with me 20 years so I was blessed but I miss him so much. I had my last 2 fur babies and I lost them within 5 months of each other. Both rescues toy Poodle Hone I had 14 great years lost to cancer. My Big Boy a mix looked like a large fox! Such a gentle Soul. I had him 14 years too. Lost him to renal failure. This was 2011 and 2012.. I miss them sooo much. It took me down when I lost them. So I have many dogs now!! I dog sit!!!

I even had my neighbor come over to assess...It was a case of bad timing as I live in a rural town in the Berkshires. The vet was not open for emergency care because ( they claim) of Covid-19. I found several clinics open around Albany NY about an hour or so from me. But I know it can be expensive

So so, sweet 🐾. I still have my little Doxie Gracie. I lost Buster September, 17 years. Nathan lived ‘till almost 20 years. But, its never enough. Comfort is the knowledge of the good life they had and the 💕 love 💕 you shared💕
