She credits Poshmark as one of her major reasons for being able to lose the weight! You should check out her closet! She also has a blog. closetenvy2 @tonyslove The only thing people usually do is put Host Pick at the beginning of the title on that item and sometimes in the description. It's kinda like a trophy, lol. Look at some of mine. I made diff picture for my host picks. It doesn't always help you sell it faster, but it will get you more follows from long time users. Remember to keep following all Posh rules if you wanna get more and eventually host a party. :)

imtheheppest @mswanson502 awww! My step-mom (soon to be ex :/) has an awesome little long haired dachshund named Amber who has so much spunk and personality too! She likes to talk back too lol. My dad has a terrier mix named Chance that we rescued. His crappy owner played on my dad's softball team and paid my dad $20 to have him before his wife came home from Afghanistan since she's allergic. He's finally came out of his shell is such a good dog. But my one and only baby is my black kitty cat Oscar, I've got a picture of him on my "about me" listing somewhere in my listings haha. I'll tag you :) I'm definitely a proud fur mama. He talks back to you, has such an attitude, but knows when I'm upset or not feeling well and will lay by me to make sure I'm okay.💕 SO awesome that you're a foster fur mom! 😄

Nothing else was working. It's the best thing I've ever done, complications and all! Yes, it's a blast shopping now which keeps me in trouble, lol.

marlanap Lol You love Fashion so I know that will help keep you motivated to stay trim for all those lovely clothes you love to wear. I know celebrities like Carnie Wilson are talking all of the time about their weight struggles post-surgery. Well, I still think based upon what you have shared with me that you will successfully maintain, even lose more. Lol, there was a time when my late husband and I agreed not to buy sweets when we bought groceries. We did stick to that too! Now that time has passed! 😜 I love sweets too. But fruits like Bananas and Pears, even fruit yogurt are great as substitutes. I cut out going to Starbucks for banana nut bread too. Now, I make my own instead. Less calories and just as tasty. Yes, I agree that staying away from Sugar is hard, especially as women get older. Post-menopause for sure! 😜

The first two have always been bad regardsless. Yes, my heart issues are MUCH better now! I'm close to being off all my heart meds! Thank u so much! 😆

closetenvy2 @michelleannette At my largest part, including boobs, I measure a 38"-39". You likely don't have anything big enough. My doc said a C cup wouldn't fill out the loose skin I had once he got in there. At 1st I was upset but now kinda like them. I think a C cup would b perfect on you. As tall as you are, a C cup would still look pretty small. So, once I receive the other boots, I'll let the money clear on these Guess ones? Or I can clear the money once u send me a tracking link on them. Is that what u think I should do?

I saw that exact dress on one of the very cheap Asian sites but not sure which one. The shipping is sometimes ridiculous though. Sammydress.com is the most popular one, which you may already know. My favorite tops are that brand and were all under $12 with free shipping. It's hit or miss, but I read reviews first. All of their stuff with sketchings of people on the front are super nice! You'll see a lot of people selling their stuff on Posh also.

thejanismarie Yes, several times. Once when it was so cold, we had to take cover in the shops for warmth and most other times when it's scorching hot and take refuge in stores with a/c. We went in August I believe it was. I didn't remember the "Coach" outlet was there. I'm close to Alexandria.

The only complaint was from one person that was in between sizes and said she should have went up a size instead of going down...I haven't heard of anything with bad quality of them, and I actually am wearing my size 6 right now!! closetenvy2 @mollydolly LOL! I lock myself in my room and make my kids fend for themselves, lol. No, they're all older so I don't have to be with them all the time. Plus they have bed times on school nights, so i get stuff done after that. You can actually just try putting black shoe polish on your boots. Put in along the seams, the toe, the heel and sides of the boots. Be sure to blend it so it doesn't look like a line if that makes sense. If you don't like it, just wipe it off. Try it first on the toe and heel. Once it gets in the seams, you won't be able to get it all off. If you like it, lightly sand the areas you want to put the polish and redo it so it will stick better. I'm going to get some burgundy polish and do that with black on top. I think it'll look better. I used the cheap liquid polish, but the cream polish works better.

I thoroughly enjoy dressing young and showing up at my kids' schools and watching them cringe when their friends hit on me, lol. I only do that as punishment though, and it works every time! My 11 yr old made an F on his report card, so i went to his football practice in tight but respectable clothes. He said all his 11 yr old friends and the coach were saying I was hot. He said he wanted to die and will never make an F again. Bahaha! I didn't even bother telling that woman it wasn't my fault. Sometimes you just gotta leave stupid alone, lol.

For some reason asking that ticks some people off, which is very odd. In the future, it could be more likely to get a response if you ask on one of their listings that's not an item being sold, if they have one. closetenvy2 @jenmae Same here...best thing I ever did too. I had EVERY known complication possible though. My spleen was knicked during surgery, and I almost bled to death and was in ICU. I had structures 9 times and had to be scoped. I had ulcers from day 1 that bled, and I still have them. I also had a massive food bolus which could have killed me in a few days. It's been known to be deadly with gb patients. Thankfully, it's rare. Basically, usually due to a stricture, food clogs up the hole from the pouch to the intestines. Then it starts to back up. Once it reaches your throat, you're screwed! Thankfully for me, I did massive amount of puking and it didn't get that far. Most people suffocate in their sleep from it. Eek! I did so much puking the first year that it only took 7 months to lose 130 lbs. I've gained 5 back since I'm no longer puking. I need to start exercising though. Do you? Despite all of this, I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

I decided to get a tummy tuck and breast augmentation. I told the dr I wanted a C cup since that's what I already was. I already have broad shoulders, so I was happy with a C. I just needed them back where they were supposed to be, lol. Well, I wake up in recovery and this is what he says..."Melissa, 8 had to make you a D cup because there was more loose skin than I thought, and we had to fill that up." I thought, no big deal. Well guess what? My bras are now 36DD or 34DDD, lol! Surprise! So I had to start over and buy all new dresses and tops. All my favorite stuff was too small. Of course my husband told him he was a true American heroe, lol!

closetenvy2 @jlharl02 Awesome! Be sure and check around for prices. One doctor here wanted $23,000 for a tummy tuck and breast augmentation. Another wanted $10,000 for both. Big difference! I went with the 2nd doctor obviously. As long as hes/she is board certified, it should be fine. I didn't need lipo so that saved a lot. Lipo is around $7,000 usually. I didn't have twins (well, not to term anyway), but my kids were huge! I looked like it was triplets. I had stretch marks from my knees to my boobs.

I volunteer with our local shelter and take pics of the dogs & help run their FB page. So I have a 2-legged dog, a hairless dog, a pitbull/great dane mix with food aggression, and a chow mix that bites small children. Other than their issues, they're awesome dogs, lol.

closetenvy2 @bewilliams OMG, yes! I'm still having problems from my gastric bypass. Did you lose it on your own or have surgery? Congrats! I've gained about 13 back, but I'm still under my goal weight. However, I'd like to get back down to around 155 so all my clothes will fit. If it wasn't for Posh and Goodwill, I'd be naked with all the weight changes.

bewilliams @closetenvy2 I actually dis LapBand! I love it! However, just as you said you gained some back... in December I had an emergency hysterectomy. About 2 days after I was released from hospital I began bleeding internally! My abdomen from my underarm to my knees turnwd BLACK and PURPLE. So then I i was hospitalized another week to drain all the blood. After that I was then put on bedrest for 12 weeks! I gaoned 20 lbs! So i went from a 4/6 to 10! Now I trying to lose that again!

closetenvy2 @sfpatterson That's awesome! I actually had a gastric bypass 3 yrs ago. I went from a size 24 to an 8. I'm now stable at a 10-12 it seems. I have dealt with some serious depression myself. I actually gained 120 lbs from it. However, I just recently found out that I've had black mold poisoning for over 16 years which is likely the cause of the depression and weight gain among losing the ability to walk, etc. I'm slowly getting it back thankfully. Depression is not easy.

closetenvy2 @cd49 I didn't want to post this on that heart necklace. Unless it was like $200 or more, it's probably not sterling. Brighton jewelry only has sterling clasps and toggles. However, they do put a coating that keeps it from tarnishing. If there's a 925 stamp on the back, it's probably sterling plated. I just wanted to tell you so noone causes you any problems. I've been down that road, lol. It's gorgeous regardless! Let me know if you have any questions. 😊

closetenvy2 @lakeforest Thank you! Yes, it's causing strokes, seizures, etc. I'll have up to 10 seizures/day and have had several strokes. It's just been a bad month. They also found a 2nd brain tumor (not cancer). I was better for a while, but I guess my body is rebelling. I'm not sure yet what he's going to do. The nurse mailed the results. I have an appt on the 11th. Hopefully I'll feel good enough to go through the jewelry by this weekend.

closetenvy2 @mariepose I wanted to tell you that a good way to hide the markings on your Frye boots you're selling is to rough the leather up a tad then put a darker brown shoe polish all over the boots. It gives them a distressed look and hides flaws. Plus it seems the distressed look goes for more. I do this to a lot of my boots. You can add the polish without roughing them up if you wanna see how it looks. It'll just stick better if you do. Let me know if you have questios.

closetenvy2 @kcrewfive It still won't let me copy and past, ugh. So I'll just make it shorter. I understand. I gained 150 lbs in 2 yrs. I later found out it was from mold poisoning. If your hormones are all normal, talk to your doctor about weight loss surgery. Its a last resort though. Don't get the Lap Band. They're thinking of outlawing it because long term it doesn't work. Hang in there & try not to be so hard on yourself. Things can happen that are out of your control, including depression.

I am starting a new program right now that a friend of mine turned me onto and we'll see how it works.

closetenvy2 @kcrewfive That's not that big for your height, but I know it's just about how you feel about yourself. Definitely get all your hormones checked. So many times, that's all it is, but doctors won't check it unless you make them. Obviously it can be your adrenals like you said. Look into supplements. I'm sure you know that carbs are your worst enemy. Going gluten and carb free is the best way, but noone wants to do that, lol.

I recently went in and specifically asked to have my hormones checked and they looked at me like I was crazy and wanted to put me on anti-anxiety medicine without even having seen me before! I was so mad. I told him just humor me and let me get the blood test so he humored me. I don't have the results yet I have to go in and get the results next week

kcrewfive @closetenvy2 I asked specifically for testosterone, progesterone, cortisol, and a d h t or d a h. I can't remember what that one is. He wanted to do a couple other ones cuz he didn't think that what I wanted would be good. But I made sure that I got at least the ones I wanted I was specifically wondering about my adrenal glands because a full panel turned out normal for me. So he also asked for a thyroid and an iron.

closetenvy2 @sammy I'm not anymore. I got back up to a size 14 over the last year due to side effects of treatment. I had a gastric bypass. That's how I lost the weight. It almost killed me, but it was worth it. I didn't know at the time why I was gaining so much weight, so I had the GB at the suggestion of my doctor. Had I known what I know now, I probably would have waited.

closetenvy2 @lakeforest OMG! I'm about to lose it! Someone turned in a case on me because she said that I didn't state that the item she bought was from Walmart. It was NWT. She also said that my descr didn't say it was a junior's size, even though I entered it as a freaking junior's size. I told them just to let her send it back because I didn't want her to have it anyway. She was also mad because the price part had been removed. I bought it that way because it was probably a return.

closetenvy2 @lakeforest The sku & the rest was still on there. I seriously want to quit selling on here. Then, I had someone give me 4 stars for unknown reasons. I found a tie that I think I accidentally left off of her dress. She wasn't answering my messages, so I asked Poshmark if they'd contact her to see if it was missing. They said they could not do that b/c the offer had already been accepted & to message her. Uh, I told them I already did. I'm so angry w/them right now.

closetenvy2 @lakeforest They just send me automated messages about how they want their customers to be happy, yet they won't help the people that are making money for them make their customers happy. I was going to express mail it to her on my own. I have no way of knowing if it's hers. One more thing, and I'm shutting it down. It's just becoming very impersonal. It's not at all like it used to be.

closetenvy2 @jreams4192 I could reduce the price of the orange dress to $15, but obviously there could be a risk if your event is next weekend. Chances are you'd get it in time, but I'd definitely have a backup. I've only had a problem with priority mail a few times. They no longer guarantee it by a certain day.

closetenvy2 @smithsd1 If you're looking at the offers section, the actual $50 order won't show up there. It only shows active or declined orders. You'll have to go to My Purchases to see it. I looked, and it still shows the $50 order went through. So, everything is fine. If you still want to add some stuff, let me know. I'll cancel it. I'll wait to hear back from you instead of shipping it.
