lovebug1901 Hello. I shipped the Aldo boots last week and received an email that they were delivered. I do not know what’s going on. I went to the post office website to track them and it also says delivered. I will go in person to find out what’s going on. I apologize that they are delayed.

lovebug1901 @mntmermaid4 Hello. I went to the post office this morning. The tracking number showed the item was delivered, but they can’t tell me anything. I tried to pull the tracking number from Poshmark to send to you but it disappears after the item shows delivered. I have not taken the money you paid. I can have Poshmark refund you until the post office can find these boots. I sorry the item got lost and I had to receive a horrible rating for this. I don’t know what else to do.

mntmermaid4 @lovebug1901 Thank you. I have contacted Poshmark to see if they can get ahold of tracking. Just to be clear you shipped out on Wednesday Sept 18th? What day does it say they arrived? My confirmation emails just say arrived and rate posher. I never confirmed arrival, I only do so when product has arrived. I am sorry for bad rating, I will gladly change when this is sorted out.

lovebug1901 @mntmermaid4 i thought it was picked up from my office by the mailman on Wednesday, September 18th. I moved to a new house last week and had to unpack all the boxes to find the boots or they would have gone out sooner. On Sunday, September 22nd I got an email reminder to ship! I was like what in the world. Then right after I got a funds deposited email and item arrived email. Then I got the message from you and I was confused all the way around. And that’s how we ended up here.

mntmermaid4 @lovebug1901 was given tracking number and when I looked it up it said they arrive today Sept 26. Went home on my lunch break and there they were! Wonder why we both got confirmation that the had been delivered....? I am now working on changing rating. Thank you for all your help. 😄
