They were new with tags, shipped the same day (USPS has a shipping delay) and I don't recall not being responsive to your needs. onlyquality4me Hi Charmaine, that is a gorgeous cameo, quite old I'm sure, many cameos are not well carved. I'm a sculptor myself and appreciate the skillful artistry of this one. I do want to point out what you probably already have noticed, the framing is a little bite off it's center. It's still securely holding the cameo but just to make sure you are aware. I never noticed it until I took a photo with a very high pixel camera. thanks.
