@charleston29 Thanks! Do you think the Janie and Jack leggings (red, black) would fit a thin toddler? Do you know if the waist is smaller than 23 inches?

@beseib On the Janie and Jack site, it says for a size 3, the waist is 21 and hips 22. But I think the leggings there are slightly different fits depending on the material. Hard to say for sure unless you try them on. My daughter is 4 but can wear a 4 or a 5. She is normal weight, not super thin but definitely not fat either.
