Last night I started packaging up the Tommy Hilfiger Boots that you purchased. I realized for the first time that a small gold stud was missing on one of the boots. I had not noticed it before.

I feel so bad about it and I didn't want to send them with the stud missing. They're still great looking boots and I feel like it would be easy enough to replace it. I actually had several shoes with the same stud but I still wear them. Possibly Michaels might have one or you may even have an old pair of shoes that has the same stud.

Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. I don't have a number to call Poshmark and they really aren't resolving the problem through email. I really dont know what to do. However; because it's been sold already, it wouldn't let me edit it so I couldnt add the picture. 🙁 I was thinking, instead of trying to redo the sale through poshmark, could we just go through with the original sale and I'll just put three dollars in your box with the shoes

@knelson39. Thank you, I think that will be a whole lot easier as they have not contacted me about the issue with the boot. It's like trying to get in to see the Wizard of Oz, almost impossible. It makes me wonder, is there really a Poshmark headquarters??? Oh well, lol. I will get your boots boxed up and I'm going to do my best to get them mailed out tomorrow if my schedule at work cooperates - I'm a hairdresser!
