@idamaria1 I received the pants today and they're exactly what I wanted! Unfortunately, the elastic waist in the back is broken on the entire right side, which makes the pants sit funny. How would you like to handle this? I'm new here 😏

@nisamoon I called the USPS post office customer service and asked them to check on your package. They said it’s very common right now across the whole United States that many peoples packages are being delayed. They said they hope it will arrive to you soon. I wish I could help you get it there sooner .

@nisamoon hi , I keep checking your tracking on usps still says last scan was in Portland OR . I called a couple times to the customer service they said made a case # for the package & that they are working to get it tracked they said someone will be calling me to give me a update. I sure hope the package didn’t get lost cause it has the cutest & comfiest shoes in it 💕🙂🤞! I will call again on Monday. I have never had a package take this long & I sure appreciate your patience with the USPS .

@k_lamberg I just went to my local post office and they told me that you need to speak to a manager at your local post office, and they will have the power to look into this in more detail (which container it was shipped in, etc). The manager here was not working today, otherwise I would have had her do it. I really hope it's not lost 😬🤞 Thank you for your efforts to get my package to me 🙏🏻

Hi I just spoke with my local post office. They were able to track the container. It’s shows that it’s been in Hampden Maine since September 23rd. He said they have a large backlog on the east coast .He said it’s been in the news lately. So it’s been taking shipping time up to a month on some areas. Some containers get quarantined too for a time period. So I guess it’s good news that it’s close to your home town ! He said it should be soon 🤞😊 hopefully

@k_lamberg ok, I just got back from talking with the manager at my local post office, and she said you should file a Missing Mail Search Request. She also said you should file a claim now to get the $50 reimbursement from included insurance. It won't cover the $130 (?) that I spent, but it's better than nothing. I hope the package still makes it to me, but I think we've exhausted all options at this point 😢 Thank you for your efforts 🙏🏻

@nisamoon Hi I just filled out a missing mail request & I also called USPS and opened another case . The new case # 32229089
Not sure why the first case got closed.
So hopefully with the open case now & with the missing mail request they will be able to track it down !! They will call or email me with a update so hopefully they find it soon !!
Hope the box isn’t damaged either from being in the mail for over a month! 🙏😩 this is frustrating & I appreciate your patience
