usanthem @barbski81 I really hate to tell you this cause I really hate having any issues. However I must tell you that this ring is not sterling silver. There is no .925 marking any where on ring. I know u did not realize this. I tell you this and I don’t know what to do. I know the process but I don’t want to make a mark on your product site but I can not accept it as it is useless &is not SS &turns my skin green as well as the metal turns brassy. 😕😢 Should I just send it back?

usanthem @barbski81 Barbara. You’re so kind. I believe that you didn’t know. Some people aren’t as sensitive I had a knee replacement that was postponed a week because they did not see in my chart I was allergic to nickel. They had to get a different metal titanium for my knee. Just always look for the .925 mark & you’ll know in future. Hope your thanksgiving was great! 💕

I feel like sleeping. 😴 I just love how nicely you care for your buyer and their purchase. People come from all over you could write off your travel as a business expense. I consider myself a lifetime customer service person too.
