lindaschic Hi Wendy the candle holders were in perfect condition when I shipped them. I wrapped them securely in a box with bubble wrap. Please return them to me, ask for a refund and remove your rating. Also if they were damaged in shipment what was the condition of the box when it arrived. For the base to have been dented to that extent the box would have have to been somewhat destroyed

lindaschic @wendy_hoffman hi it's not necessary to send a photograph. When I packaged and shipped it was exactly like the photo as it is on table behind my desk. Do it clearly was damaged in shipping. I know there is a way to change the rating but I've never tried to do that myself. If there is any way you can I would really appreciate it as it reflects On Me as a seller. And a 1 rating is considered very bad. It is really upsetting that it was damaged in shipping because I packed it so well.
