jmo62 @nataliezigel awwwww thank you so much !!!!! Yesss! Hopefully, we can meet one day. To be surrounded with shoten zenji is amazing isn’t it? That’s why we never stop fighting for kosen-rufu with our mentor always with us in spirit. We will always be protected no matter what! My mom and grandma were part of Josei Toda’s 750,000 new members back in Japan. I always feel the past daimoku from my grandma to my mom to me. Of course, I have to continue to do my part too ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

nataliezigel @jmo62 That’s AMAZING!!… I feel so encouraged by that, you have no idea! I have been practicing physically alone since Covid (except zoom meetings)…. When Covid hit, my once thriving district that I was Ldr of for some 15 years was falling apart. It was a constant effort that prior year just to get members & guests out. But with my chapter leader & long time Myoho sister, we never gave up.

nataliezigel jmo62 I was sick as well, however, and I was advised to step down & take care of me for a while. However, w/ Covid everyone disappeared but me. For Approx 6 months I had almost no contact with sgi including my chapter leader who goes abroad for summer. I felt deeply abandoned ( my karma actually) but realized this was my time to really develop a deeper relationship with my Gohonzon & mentor.

nataliezigel @jmo62 Though I am deeply grateful to finally be part of a new district, as a non Ldr, I no longer participate in Ldrs meetings which always deeply encouraged me & kept me in rhythm with SGI’s rhythms. My new Ldr doesn’t share those guidances with us and has a different style

nataliezigel I also make suggestions that are always dismissed. Ie- we have youth who can’t take Intro exam b/c of vaccine status. They are not boosted due to bad reactions from first one. I suggested privately to her that we study with them anyway. Make the cause & get them studying. The idea was dismissed immediately

nataliezigel @jmo62 Our Ldrs are now also allowed to HV, but mine won’t come to me /c she is afraid of elevators & I live in a condo. I chant for her & continue to participate & contribute in my district no matter what… but I feel sad and unsupported
