@kinderkim Okay if you want to change an email address for a specific account you need to click your name at the bottom of your app and it will bring you to a new page. Scroll down on that page and you'll find "my profile" click on that and then click on "account info" and you should be able to change the email address.

@kinderkim If I haven't answered your questions and you're still confused, then I'm sorry and you can always contact poshmark support by clicking your name at the bottom of your app and scrolling down to where it says "poshmark support center" and then click "contact poshmark support" and they are usually pretty quick to respond to questions. I hope that helps!

Tomi, just curious, if someone new wants to follow you, how do they click on your button when it can't be seen on your profile listing for your closet. The button isn't there anymore.

@shannymike68 of course! You’ll have to download a separate app called pic collage or word dream. I use pic collage so I’m most familiar with that one. And you can create your sign on that app and then download your design and upload it on Poshmark the same way you would upload an item to sell but make sure to put it not for sale. Hope that helps! 😊

@melissared19 hey there! I apologize for the late response! To become a posh ambassador click on your name at the bottom of the app and scroll down and click on “Poshmark support center”. Then type in posh ambassador and it will tell you the criteria to becoming a posh ambassador. I hope that helps!

Sorry for the silly question but how do you separate your closet by active items and “all items sold beyond this point”? I have seen many closets separated by tops, bottoms, accessories, etc and I can’t figure out how they do it. Your closet is amazing by the way!

@catterra17 hey there! It’s not a silly question! So first to make a sign for your closet I used another app such as pic collage or something similar and you can make signs there and then upload it to Poshmark. And in order to separate your items you have to share your items.

@catterra17 So the last item you share will be at the top. So I would make a sign that says “everything sold beyond this point” and then only share your active items to your followers and not the ones that are sold. Then exit out of your closet and go back in and it will be organized with the active items on top and the sold ones below.

@catterra17 Each time you share your items to your followers it will change how it shows up in your closet. The last item shared will be at the top. I hope that makes sense! 😊
