@vscalici64 hi! They do run true to measurement, the smallest measurement is when fully cinched. There is a privacy panel that extends the coverage for about 6inches. I am willing to take a size exchange if necessary.

@mimosaflowers The XL will only go down to a 30” waist. I feel like this will be too much room. You may not want to cinch it right, but you will probably want a snug fit.
