lil_livs @cashmoni thank you! I have a quick question. Do you find that listings sell better if the cover photo is a stock photo or modelled/staged pic? I'm trying to take selling more seriously and it seems like you have a good mix of both

cashmoni @lil_livs as long as the cover picture is a good picture to attract viewers I don't think it really matters but people do like to see the actual item modeled. You have to share a lot to see an increase in sales so other share your items and more people see your items.

lil_livs @olahkoko hey! So for items over $500, they don't get sent to the buyer immediately. They first to go what is called "poshmark concierge" and basically that service authenticates your item and then sends it to the buyer. Payment is processed up front for every order, no matter how big or small. I've had people purchase something but say their payment hadn't gone through instantly and I was not given the USPS label until the funds had been verified and withdrawn

lil_livs @olahkoko poshmark concierge would document the condition of the item, but personally I set up my phone and record a video of the item and me packaging it up all the way from start to finish just to be sure!

lil_livs @shopahola I use this app called font candy! It's kind of hard to get used to at first just like any new thing. There is a button at the top that allows you at a certain stage to do what I did and make the picture show through the words instead of being behind it! The app is free & it is well worth learning in my opinion!
