virago @polkadots2plaid Good Morning Pam!!! Funny you should ask..... I don't really know or think there is a difference!! I just googled it actually after you asked and I couldn't find an answer!! I prefer the Kaftan spelling but I see here on posh people spell it both ways so I figure if someone types in the spelling with a C or K in the Search Bar it will lead to my closet 😉 Let me know whenever you're ready to purchase one!
