Hi Wendy it’s your payment is not good so I cannot sell you the dress it won’t go through because you’re card isn’t good there is something wrong with that.. it seems like you’ve a problem with that because I read on some of the other Comments I’m not sure if it’s them or what’s going on but if you can check bad because there’s other people interested in the dress and I don’t want to see you lose out on that if you’re interested
