Great customer service! I appreciated the handwritten thank you note:) Item as described, however, it was marked as a women’s 18 in the description, and I took it as just that. The item is actually an 18 regular/misses. I rushed through the pics and had I played closer attention, I would have seen there wasn’t a W” nest to the 18 on the tag. My fault as I should have noticed, but got excited over the pants and acted quickly. I cannot wear them now:( Oh well.
