Blue brown circle print v-neck circle skirt dress

Deep v-neck dress, circle print with blue and brown dots, full circle skirt, matching attached waist sash/tie. Very deep vee! Light, floaty. Non-smoking home, but we do have a cat. Content: 97% polyester, 3% spandex. Length: Top of shoulder to hem: 36" Skirt section, hem to bottom of waist band: 23 1/2" Back of neckline to hem: 35" Width: The bodice has gathers across the front, but the waist band measures 14" across. The back bodice has no gathers, and measures 15" armpit to armpit.
