White glitter base. USED not perfect does light up however the fan in the bottom does not spin to move the glitter. It might be able to be fixed but I can’t promise that. It is still beautiful though.it is hard plastic not glass. Takes 3 AA batteries not included. It’s approximately 10 inches tall. Few scratches present
