@jennkersh I thought so too, but I called USPS and they stated it was located and in transit, it did get caught up for a number of days in the distribution center

@jennkersh I saw, I contacted support to open a case so they can refund you and file an insurance claim for me. Hopefully they will get it resolved ASAP. It said 1-3 business days for a resolution. Disappointing, it really is a nice bag.
