was used a few times but I’m not hard on my things so it still looks how it came to me originally :) the small indents on the inside middle part are because that’s where the zipper sits, it came that way and it’s very common for this style of wallet from coach because there’s not much of a gap between the zipper and that part of the wallet when it’s closed please ask any questions before purchase! can provide additional photos if necessary
