Excellent condition, rings are like brand new and no visible marks. Windsors were made in the mid-90s according to Filowiki. Absolutely gorgeous, I’m kind of sad to sell it but I have too many binders already :D It has a small pen loop, card slots, and interior pockets on both sides. Snap closure.
