califabnow Hi @courtnyd11 I'm new a new Posher and was wondering why this is necessary? I haven't sold a lot, but hope to and maybe it's something I should think about doing.

courtnyd11 @califabnow Hi! I've heard of many sellers who ship the item as it was described & some buyers report the item damaged or damage it themselves, etc. trying to get a refund. Often times, the buyer's side is taken cuz the seller can't provide proof. So this would act as the proof :) This can also protect the buyer cuz if, I miss pointing out a defect in the listing & it can be seen in the photos or video when it's packaged, it's 100% on me & the buyer will easily receive a refund :)
