@robotlion712 the Eileen is a relaxed fit. You can read about it on the Frank & Eileen website. Look at button up shirts called Eileen

@robotlion712 I honestly don't know. Frank and Eileen sent them with the wrinkles on the sleeves for their "look." I have never tried. I would guess with enough spray starch they might come out but if you really want them out, don't buy it. I really wouldn't want you to be disappointed.
