hi Camille, thank you for your purchase on my closet. I wanted to let you know that I mistakenly swapped labels. i put the label for your package on a sale of shoes to another buyer and viceversa. I already contacted USPS and created a case with poshmark. I truly apologize for this inconvenience that is causing a delay in your purchase.

I will be getting the package return to my address by usps but by the time I receive it back, Poshmark system might cancel the order for the delay. If Poshmark and you allow me a few more days for shipping then as soon as I receive the package back, I'll send it to you with correct label.
or, when I get it back, I can repost it for repurchase.

Hi Camille, please we aware you might receive anpackage from me with the WRONG item (a pair of shoes) that was purcjased by another poshmark member. I mistakenly swapped labels.
I also reached out to USPS to try to get the package returned back so you might NOT receive any package.
Since this happened. I did not ship the dress until I get this resolved and the shoes ship back from Poshmark or USPS.
I truly apologize for this inconvenience.

@jess_authentic hi! Just now seeing these messages. Sorry that happened. I see the package is in Memphis and I hope it gets returned to you soon. I need the dress for an event May 3rd. Do you think you can ship it in the next 7 days? I ordered early because i know things like this can happen and in case i need to get it altered.

hi Camille, Poshmark advised the below so they can send you a return label.
"Thanks for writing to us. I have reached out to the buyer in regard to receiving the wrong item. In the meantime, I would appreciate it if you could also reach out to the buyer via the comment section of your listing to request they open a formal request to return this item. Once they open up the request, we will be able to issue them a shipping label to ship the wrong item they received back to you."
